2024: A Year of Transformation and Innovation

Rebranding Around Extend 

This year, we unveiled our rebranded applications, proudly embracing the “Extend” tagline. This evolution reflects our vision of extending our products’ capabilities and enabling our customers to achieve more with powerful integrations and tools. The feedback from our customers has been overwhelmingly positive, reinforcing that this was a step in the right direction. 

Outstanding Support 

Our support team continues to set the bar high with an incredible CSAT score of 97% and a median time to close of less than one day. These achievements underscore our dedication to resolving issues swiftly and effectively. You may have experienced their interactions on a Zoom call which eliminates the tedious back-and-forth you might experience elsewhere. Your feedback keeps us striving for excellence, and we’re proud to deliver world-class service that you can count on. 

ExtendInsights for NetSuite Highlights 

• Unified User Experience: We merged the Data Management App and Analytics App into a single, seamless interface, making it easier for users to access the features they need. 

• Federated Login: Introduced federated login with Microsoft/Google for easier and more secure access. 

• Ownership Transfers: Enabled users to transfer ownership of a workbook, fostering better collaboration across teams. 

• Performance Improvements: Optimized search performance, particularly for searches without sublist fields, leading to faster and more efficient operations. 

ExtendSync Highlights 

• Redesigned Interface: Launched a new UI featuring a global search bar for enhanced navigation and usability. 

• Federated Login: Introduced federated login with Microsoft for easier and more secure access. 

• Shared Association History: Users can now view email association history, preventing duplicate associations and saving time. 

• Error Correction: Added the ability to remove emails accidentally attached directly from Outlook, reducing errors and improving flexibility. 

• Admin-Level Controls: Introduced granular admin controls for Autopilot access, allowing admins to manage features on a per-user basis. 

• Enhanced File Support: Added support for file attachments in Autopilot and the ability to associate emails with custom records, broadening the app’s capabilities. 

New Products 

• Calendar Autopilot: Launched a new product with full bi-directional event syncing between NetSuite and Outlook, automating calendar management. 

• ExtendInsights for Excel: Seamlessly integrated Microsoft Excel with HubSpot, Salesforce, Stripe, Chargebee, and Google Analytics (currently free!)

• Unified Access: Manage all your data sources, including NetSuite, from a single application, simplifying your data operations. 

• Search Flexibility: Modify NetSuite search criteria directly within the app for a more tailored experience. 

• More Surprises: Stay tuned for groundbreaking updates we’ll reveal at the right time, as we continue to innovate and push boundaries. 

ExtendSync 

• Enhanced File Management: Deeper integration with Microsoft OneDrive and Google Drive, including automatic folder creation for new NetSuite records, ensuring better organization. 

• Tighter sync with NetSuite’s email system: When sending an email from NetSuite, you’ll have the option to use Outlook or Gmail. 

• Attachment Redirection: Sync email attachments to OneDrive or Google Drive instead of NetSuite’s Ffile Ccabinet, letting you store your documents in a best of breed document storage system while saving money at the same time. 

Other New Notable Developments Coming in 2025 

• Admin Portal: A brand-new admin portal packed with powerful features for better user and app management. This portal will empower administrators with greater control and insights. 

• AI-Powered Email Summarization: Leverage NetSuite’s GenAI to summarize emails and provide actionable insights, enabling smarter decision-making and faster responses.
